Class Description
🌳 Next Class = Sunday, 6/15 @ 9am 🌳 A moving meditation that invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and connect with the present moment. With each step, we bring mindful awareness to the body, the breath, and the senses—feeling the ground beneath our feet, noticing sounds, light, and scent. This simple yet grounding practice helps quiet the mind, reduce stress, and deepen your connection to yourself and your surroundings. When you arrive, we'll meet at the front yard of the studio. We'll begin the practice with a grounding meditation, then set off for our urban walking meditation! Tip: Please wear comfortable walking shoes and bring your water bottle
