Class Description

A balanced practice that brings together strength and stillness, movement and breath, effort and ease. This class blends Hatha yoga, all-levels Vinyasa, and intentional pranayama to support nervous system regulation and prepare the body and mind for meditation. You will move with purpose, build heat, and then soften into stillness, allowing the breath to guide you into a more grounded and aware state. Rooted in presence, each class is an invitation to meet yourself exactly where you are. We stay connected to the rhythm of the current lunar cycle, not reaching too far ahead or holding onto what has already passed, but anchoring into what is here now. Sun represents clarity, strength, and activation. Moon represents introspection, surrender, and restoration. Through the integration of both, this practice creates balance within the physical and energetic body, harmonizing the masculine and feminine aspects of your being. Expect a thoughtful, accessible flow that builds and releases, challenges and restores, leaving you centered, clear, and ready to sit in stillness.
