10:30am CT (60 min): Nourishing Mindful Movement & Restoration
Class Description
Unwind, de-stress, clear stagnant energy, promote circulation, and deepen your embodied awareness. Your body and mind deserve to rest and experience ease. In this 60 minute practice, Brooke will lead you through mindful somatic movement, stretching and longer held restorative yoga shapes (with all the props) while being safely and slowly guided toward yourself. Each class will incorporate gentle inquiry, tools for your nervous system and probably a poem or two. We are collaborators on this path and your body is always your greatest teacher.
