Class Description

This gentle Hatha Yoga class will allow you to feel into the sensations or "soma" that you are experiencing during mindful movement, mantra, mudra and deep relaxation. The heart of our practice time will be using different techniques specifically designed to provide therapeutic relief for tight, stressed areas and restricted fascia in the body. As you unwind, de-stress, clear stagnant energy, promote circulation, and deepen your embodied awareness, feel like your practice gave you a luxurious massage. Leave refreshed and ready for the rest of the weekend, or use this class as a warm-up and join our next class for a powerful, mini-day retreat experience! Recommended Props: Bolster/Pillow, Blanket, +2 Blocks (or books) + Tennis Ball (or similar) This class will be live-streamed from the studio, as well.
