Class Description
Kripalu Yoga is a compassionate, awareness-based practice that emphasizes presence, self-inquiry, and connection to the body. Rooted in the Sanskrit word kripalu, meaning “compassionate,” this approach invites you to move with curiosity rather than judgment. In this class, the focus is not on achieving the “perfect” pose, but on noticing your internal experience—sensations, breath, and emotions—as they arise. You’ll be encouraged to move at your own pace, pause when needed, and honor your body’s signals moment to moment. This is a space to build embodied self-trust, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself in a gentle, supportive way. All levels welcome.
