In this class, we explore range of motion, mobility, and flexibility, while integrating Yin practices to support both strength and deep release. Functional movement focuses on how the body movesârather than achieving specific shapes or posturesâinviting a more intuitive and sustainable approach to practice. This is a space to connect with your body as it is, to move with awareness, and to support the way you move in your everyday life.
