Class Description
A yoga practice that emphasizes a deep connection with the body's sensations and inner experience during movement, rather than solely focusing on external alignment or specific poses. It encourages intuitive movement guided by the felt sense, allowing for a more personalized and responsive practice. This approach often incorporates somatic movements, such as swaying, wiggling, and circular motions, alongside traditional yoga poses, fostering a greater awareness of the body's unique expression and flow of energy. Recommended Props: a blanket, a bolster and two blocks. This class will be live-streamed from the studio, as well.
