Tune in through a thoughtful blend of somatic movement, slow Vinyasa flow, and guided meditation. This class is designed to support mobility, build strength, and increase body awareness—using intentional sequencing to help you reconnect from the inside out. Through breath-led movement and mindful transitions, you’ll release tension, regulate the nervous system, and create space for both steadiness and ease. Step away from the noise of daily life and move with purpose, allowing the body to guide you toward a sense of balance and clarity. You’ll leave feeling grounded, open, and re-energized—more connected to your body and your breath. Recommended Props: yoga mat, blanket, 2 blocks (or large books)
