Class Description

This class begins with gentle breathing exercises and stretches that are held to encourage going inward. Then it shifts easily into a long savasana where a guided Yoga Nidra meditation practice will transport you into a theta brain state for deep relaxation and renewal. Recommended Props: a blanket, a bolster and two blocks. Bring your own eye pillow if desired. This class will be live-streamed from the studio, as well.
