Class Description

Join us for a weekly sound experience led by a rotation of sonic practitioners, each infusing a different wellness modality into the class. Class will end with a nurturing sound bath of bowls, gongs, harmonium and/or chimes. Suitable for all levels, no previous experience required. ✨✨✨ Oct 5th: YOGA NIDRA w/ Keli - Woven together with the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and chimes, this nurturing guided meditation supports the body and nervous system in softening, restoring, and rejuvenating, while guiding you toward the slower, more restful and meditative states associated with alpha and theta brain waves. Oct 12th: REIKI w/ Jerome & Brittany - Reiki rebalances the body's energy flow by removing blockages within the body, often built up for years, resulting in physical pain, stress, emotional worries and the inability to move forward. Reiki increases your vitality with life force energy so that you can more easily return to your authentic state of being. Sept 21st: SACRED GEOMETRY w/ Maddie - Holographic sound blends with sacred geometry to create a multidimensional field of healing. Crystalline tones, vocal harmonics, and luminous vibrations guide you into deep restoration, expanded awareness, and radiant inner alignment. Oct 26th: HEART HARMONY w/ Kayla - Connect to your heart through a guided meditation and multi-vibrational soundscape with crystal bowls, vocal sounding, chimes, and percussive texture.
