Class Description

Join us for a weekly sound experience led by a rotation of sound practitioners, each infusing a different wellness modality into the class. Class will end with a nurturing sound bath of bowls, gongs, harmonium and/or chimes. Suitable for all levels, no previous experience required. ✨✨✨ Jan 5th: HEART HARMONY w/ Kayla - Connect to your heart through a guided meditation and multi-vibrational soundscape with crystal bowls, vocal sounding, chimes, and percussive texture. Jan 12th: YOGA NIDRA w/ Lizbeth - Gentle stretching followed by deep meditation to transport you into a theta brain state woven with the vibrations of crystal bowls and gong to take you on journey to clear stagnant energies that are ready to be released. Jan 19th: SACRED GEOMETRY w/ Maddie - Holographic sound blends with sacred geometry to create a multidimensional field of healing. Crystalline tones, vocal harmonics, and luminous vibrations guide you into deep restoration, expanded awareness, and radiant inner alignment. Jan 26th: REIKI w/ Amber - Reiki rebalances the body's energy flow by removing blockages within the body, often built up for years, resulting in physical pain, stress, emotional worries and the inability to move forward.
