The Spring Showers Sister Circle is about washing away the deep and taciturn essence of winter and tending to the blossoming of your own inner garden.   Drop-in to balance, breath, being and bliss; come create sacred space for the transformation of energies past. Release old ways of being in this radiating reset.

Based on deep esoteric arts, authentic relating games, traditional Chinese medicine, ceremonial healing, vibroacoustic therapy, guided meditation and more… this monthly women’s group is a centering point to reset and recalibrate your energy. Join Diana at Shuniya Yoga Collective for this unique ritual!

About Facilitator:

Diana Lane is a stress reduction specialist and holistic health expert with over 17 years of experience in the medical field. As a pre-med heart surgeon-turned-Acupuncturist, Herbalist, and Reiki Master, she specializes in women’s wellness and has devoted her life to learning, exploring and sharing the healing arts through events, experiences and 1/1 sessions. She is thrilled to partner with Shuniya Yoga Collective to share these monthly circles.

Please bring a journal, pen and any props you need for your practice (yoga mat, blanket, bolster, water). You are also welcome to bring a sacred item to charge on the altar (crystal, effigy, jewelry, etc) and wear comfy clothes.
