About the Event
✨ November's Theme: Thanks-Giving ✨
Drop-in to balance, breath, being and bliss; come create sacred space for transformation in a circle of soul-sisterhood.
As we sweetly, softly and slowly descend into the grace of full energy, come give thanks for the many blessings of the months past and create a sacred space to future pace for what’s to come.
This sister circle will enhance your attitude of gratitude, to propel you into the beautiful future that awaits, as we embark on the holiday season and welcome to shift into a new year. Part sound healing and guided meditation, part co-creative experience, closing with a beautiful Kirtan led by Jessica Timsit, join Diana Lane and Shuniya Yoga to give thanks and create momentum in your life.
Based on deep esoteric arts, authentic relating games, traditional Chinese medicine, ceremonial healing, vibroacoustic therapy, guided meditation and more… this monthly women’s group is a centering point to reset and recalibrate your energy. Join Diana at Shuniya Yoga Collective for this unique ritual!
Our November circle will include:
***Introductions & Sharing (always optional)
***Authentic Relating Games
***Kirtan music & chanting with special guest teacher, Jess Timsit
