March Women's Circle - Divine Self Love

Self Love is one of the most important things we can develop and experience. It’s medicine. It’s healing. It enhances our life in every way inside and out. Self Love is a sacred journey for each individual. Let’s share space together for this special and divine relationship: the relationship with the self. Cultivating deeper acceptance, love, allowing our self to feel, listen, and to be heard by our own heart. Whatever arises, love that all the way.

Join Sydney at Shuniya Yoga Collective or online from the comfort of your home for our women’s circle. Together we will practice meditations to help us cultivate deep self love, share our words and practice listening and enjoy the heart opening plant cacao.

Our March circle will include:

***Heart Opening Cacao Ceremony

As we gather together as women, let’s leave behind what no longer serves us spiritually and move into our grace, beauty, power and image who we desire to become.

About Facilitator:

Sydney Hilburn is a Birth Doula and a Kundalini Yoga Teacher here in Austin, TX. Sydney studied and graduated from the School of Metaphysics engaging in deep mental & esoteric exercises for over 6 years.  Soon after her studies, she found Kundalini Yoga and loved the integration work, the deep wisdom, the breathwork and the mantra that this practices holds.  She is a free-spirited gal, loves to teach others and create an elevated space to grow, and she enjoys developing deep authentic relationships. When Sydney is not at a birth, you will find her on the dance floor, traveling, in a yoga class, thrifting or somewhere out in nature! Sydney is so excited to be a part of Shuniya Yoga Collective and to facilitate this sacred circle for women!

Please bring a journal or paper and a pen and any props you need for your practice (yoga mat, blanket, bolster, water).  Cacao will be supplied for those attending in person. For online attendees, we will send a cacao recipe to you in advance or you are welcome to purchase a chocolate bar.

*A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Austin's Art from the Streets - a non-profit providing opportunities for those experiencing homelessness to use their artistic endeavors to form a pathway to self-determination by means of the sense of achievement, social connections, and income generated through the pursuit of their art.
