Women's Circle: Past, Present, Future

This gathering intends to help us dive deeper into ourselves, and to connect more intimately with other women in our community. We will explore and reflect on various parts of Self and stories of Self that are rooted in the past, key into what is alive in the present, and set intentions for our future Self. We will dance, sing, share, listen, journal, and meditate, and cocreate a heartfelt, authentic experience.

Come celebrate womanhood in a powerful journey guided by Jess Timsit and shared with your sisters at Shuniya Yoga Collective! Leave feeling awakened, seen, heard, and glowing in your full soul beauty!

Please bring a journal, pen and any props you need for your practice (yoga mat, blanket, bolster, water).

*A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Helping Hand for Children - a local non-profit providing a nurturing and therapeutic home for severely abused children while working to restore each child to a healthy family setting.
