Women's Circle: Moving through the Mystery

In this time of great shift, life can sometimes feel chaotic and unpredictable. You may find your carefully crafted plans dissolving, leading to confusion and frustration. Learning to navigate life’s surprises with grace and fluidity can bring us more peace and ease.

In our Women’s Circle at Shuniya Yoga Collective, we come together in sisterhood to share authentically and vulnerably in a safe, nurturing, heart-centered, space as we discover practices to support us on our journey.

Expect to experience meditation, mindful movement, dance, art journaling, and sound healing to help us tune into our intuition and come to a state of peace, curiosity, and faith that all is working in our favor. We close with a sharing circle to integrate the evening and connect and community.

Wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat and journal.

About Your Facilitator:

Karen "Funshine" Smith is a Somatic Movement Educator, Ecstatic Dancer, Women's Circle / Retreat Facilitator and Fire Performer. Her passion is helping people connect to their body through accessible and joyful movement practices. Let's dance and play!

Please wear comfy clothes, bring a journal and any props you might need for your practice (mat, blanket, water).
