Part sound healing and guided meditation, part co-creative experience, and some sweet surrender, Into the Shadows is about unearthing your fullest and most radiant expression, creating room for it all.

Based on deep esoteric arts, authentic relating games, traditional Chinese medicine, ceremonial healing, vibroacoustic therapy, guided meditation and more… this monthly women’s group is a centering point to reset and recalibrate your energy. Join Diana at Shuniya Yoga Collective for this unique ritual and explore the beauty of benevolence and blossoming.

There’s room for it all in this circle, this is about the full expression of your divine and fierce feminine… come as your embodied inner-goddess, ready to relinquish back in to your hearts desires.

About Facilitator:

Diana Lane is a stress reduction specialist and holistic health expert with over 17 years of experience in the medical field. As a pre-med heart surgeon-turned-Acupuncturist, Herbalist, and Reiki Master, she specializes in women’s wellness and has devoted her life to learning, exploring and sharing the healing arts through events, experiences and 1/1 sessions. She is thrilled to partner with Shuniya Yoga Collective to share these monthly circles.

Please bring a journal or paper and a pen and any props you need for your practice (yoga mat, blanket, bolster, water).
