Women's Circle: Fostering the Heart Chakra

Come celebrate and elevate in a heart-centered Circle guided by Janice  "Harimandir" and shared with your sisters at Shuniya Yoga Collective!  Leave feeling centered, supported and open to the flow of what is in your highest and best!

At our June Circle, we will focus on the Heart Chakra. We will explore sound, color and Kriya and how these tools can inspire and purify a clearer path to elevating our internal and external landscapes with a heart-centered approach.

This gathering intends to help us dive deeper into ourselves, and to connect more intimately with other women in our community. We will  dance, sing, share, listen, and meditate, and cocreate a  heartfelt, authentic experience.

Please wear or bring an item that is green to represent the Heart Chakra, growth and new beginnings!

Please wear comfy clothes and bring any props you might need for your practice (mat, blanket, bolster, water).

*A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Women of Austin Foundation - providing food, clothing, toys, accommodations, and financial  support for single parent families in Austin, TX.
