In this Age of Change, it is time for our Authentic Self to Stand Up and Speak Out: To Say what has been repressed, to Release “old wounds and hurts” and to Heal.

We have been trained from a very early age to be as Invisible as possible: Be small, Think small, and Feel small. To hide our imperfections and vulnerabilities to not be noticed by others.

This is the age of Visibility and Healing by choosing to show up with our Authentic Self: Be fully seen with our entire self and owning “our story”. 

Know through Intuition beyond the 5 senses - feel expansive by changing our breath to expansive, rhythmic, conscious breathing.

Workshop Focus:

-Our Authentic Self: What is it? How to recognize it? How to access it?

-Exercise Set to strengthen the Nervous System and our Aura (our protective shield)

-Gong Relaxation to help release unprocessed emotions

-Meditation to Clear our Arc Line (our life force) of stale energy

Please bring any props you need to support your practice (i.e. mat, water, blanket, bolster and/or pillow).
