Vibrational Dream Journey

Join Kim Humphrey for a magical Vibrational Body experience! Kim will play traditional sequences on the Himalayan Singing bowls to help relax the mind and body, while guiding you through a sound and Yoga Nidra, sacred dream-time journey.

In this monthly workshop, all you need to do is lie down, allowing your body to deeply rest as you journey into your vast internal, magical world, through a soundscape including a gong bath, chimes and ethereal vocals. Traditional sequences played on a set of 7 Himalayan singing bowls, help to recalibrate the body at a vibrational level to the Schumann Resonance—sometimes called the heartbeat of the earth--the lowest spectrum of vibration of our atmosphere and the natural world. This helps us slow down and rest into our natural state of BEing. This experience is the perfect way to leave your week behind and enter your weekend feeling, relaxed, renewed, and at ease.
