Twilight Yoga & Sound in the Villa

Join us for an enchanting evening of mindful movement and sound healing as we reconnect with our true nature beneath the twinkle lights and moonlight at The Contemporary - Laguna Gloria! This event will be held INSIDE THE VILLA!

Twilight Yoga & Sound is a monthly event featuring a rotation of teachers from Shuniya Yoga Collective who will guide us on a journey of movement, breath, meditation and sound with crystal bowls, gongs, chimes and/or drums in the Villa surrounded by lush sculpture gardens.

Our September 7th event will be Kundalini Yoga + Sound with Janice:

Elevate your mood and clear away the obstacles that are standing between you showing up for each day with an attitude of Joy! Our practice will utilize Kundalini Yoga, considered the Yoga of Awareness, followed by a crystal bowl sound bath to align your body, mind and spirit. Open to all levels.

This event is FREE for Shuniya Members or join as a Drop In! Your registration includes FREE admission to enjoy the grounds of Laguna Gloria afterwards and a 15% discount on food and drinks from our friends at Spread & Co. at their onsite walk-up restaurant! Invite friends to enjoy an evening in nature or come on your own to practice in community.

This will be held INSIDE THE VILLA at Laguna Gloria! Look for our welcome table when you enter the gate to check-in and be guided to the practice space. Please bring your water bottle and yoga mat. We will have a few mats to borrow for those new to the practice.  We have limited spots, so sign up early!

Attendees will have the opportunity to purchase a New Student Special with Shuniya Yoga Collective for 50% off at the event! Shuniya's studio bungalow is located two miles north of Laguna Gloria. Details on classes and workshops can be found on Shuniya's website or Instagram.
