Join us for an enchanting evening of mindful movement and sound healing as we reconnect with our true nature beneath the twinkle lights and moonlight at The Contemporary - Laguna Gloria!
Twilight Yoga & Sound is a monthly event featuring a rotation of teachers from Shuniya Yoga Collective who will guide us on a journey of movement, breath, meditation and sound with crystal bowls, gongs, chimes and/or drums in the lush sculpture gardens.
Our July 13th event will be a Restorative Flow + Live Guitar led by Balaram Shakti:
A mindful, slower paced class that combines dynamic movement followed by opportunities for stillness in more restorative poses accompanied by live guitar. This class is a great opportunity to slow down, recover from training, and nurture both your body and mind.
