The Feminine Power of the Sacral Bowl

The pelvic bowl is the home of our first two chakras: the Root, connected to safety and grounding, and the Sacral, connected to creativity, sensuality, and self-expression. Through intentional movement, breath, and awareness, we can reconnect with the wisdom held within this center and remember that it is safe to be fully ourselves, in our goddess energy.

In this two-hour workshop, we will move, breathe, and bring intention to the pelvic floor as we explore the strength at the core of what it means to be feminine. We’ll create space to connect with the power held here, uncover what may be asking to be felt or released, and explore the ways our relationship with this part of ourselves has shaped our self-expression.
