The Feminine Power of the Sacral Bowl

The pelvic bowl is the home of our first two chakras: the root (safety) and the sacral (self expression). Intentional movement can connect us back to the root of who we are and that it is safe to be her.

In this two hour workshop, we will move, breathe, and bring intention to invite strength back to the core of what it is to be feminine, what power is held here, and in what ways we’ve been informing our self expression.

Prepare to move, write, and feel the power from these foundational chakras.

Please bring any props you need to support your practice (i.e. mat, water, blanket, bolster, journal & pen).
