About the Event

We invite you to an evening of Tea + Sound.

We will begin by setting a collective intention for our time together. Sarah will then offer a sound bath. Sound baths are deeply restorative, relaxing, and often transformative experiences. Sarah works exclusively with Crystal Alchemy bowls. The bowls are made of the highest quality (99.992% pure!) quartz crystal, making them incredibly resonant. They are infused with different gemstones, minerals, and elements so these properties are carried on that sphere of sound and into the body, penetrating the cell walls and raising your vibration for self-healing. Now our bodies are prepared for Stephanie’s magic.

Tea touches all of your senses, supporting body, mind and spirit. Tea teaches us to be vulnerable as we sit in the present moment. The focus of this unique tea and mindfulness ritual is tapping into our capacity for what is called ”calm alertness”, this means a patient presence, poised yet relaxed state of restful awareness. Together we will experience the classical, artful tea brewing technique and ritual of gongfu which will cultivate our sense of community, compassion and calm contemplation. We will experience 3 beautiful teas together, including black, green and white teas.  We look forward to sharing this beautiful experience with you.

$30 early bird (until 2/26)

$35 regular

Sarah Marzelak-Kelly was born knowing how to read music by ear. She has released two albums, and you can listen to her music on Spotify. For the last twenty years she has been immersed in the healing arts. As a Massage Therapist, Channeled Light Healer, Kundalini Yoga Instructor, and Intuitive Sound Healer. The soul always knows what to do to heal itself. Sarah is simply a guide, the sonic integration of your Spiritual Practice.

Stephanie Samuels' own personal self care practice is informed by nearly 3 decades of immersion in the health and wellness field as a Kripalu trained Yoga instructor, classically trained Pilates instructor, Dual licensed Massage/Esthetician, Watsu practitioner and tea enthusiast.  Since she was a little girl, she's always been fascinated with tea and in later years her interest of

using the mindfulness ritual of sitting for tea as a meditation, fueled her to pursue an education in becoming a tea sommelier.  It is said that we teach the thing that we need to learn the most. Stephanie believes this wholeheartedly!  She is so happy to share her love of health and wellness through the grounding and connecting ritual that is tea!
