Summer Solstice: Mid-Year Renewal

Join Amrit Dev at Shuniya Yoga Collective or live-streamed online to celebrate Summer Solstice - the start of summer and the longest day of the year! As the sun reaches its highest point in the sky, we can reconnect with our highest light and reignite our vision for the rest of the year.

Solstice happens at the same time around the globe, so gathering together at this auspicious time aligns our prayerful energy with all of the others who are marking the day with meditation and activities of elevated vibration and consciousness.  Our celebration will take place at the same time folks are experiencing Summer Solstice ceremonies at Stonehenge and Winter Solstice ceremonies in the Southern Hemisphere. This special time is an opportunity for mid-year reflection and celebrating where we are now individually and as a community.

Our solstice ceremony will include:

- KRIYA (set of exercises) for Mid-Year Reflection

- 31-minute MEDITATION for Peace and Healing

- Restorative GONG BATH and YOGA NIDRA savasana

Please bring any props you need to support your practice, as well as a pen and paper for journaling.
