Spring Equinox Self Care Celebration
Time & Location
About the Event
Spring Equinox is Mother Nature's balance between day and night. How do we honor and balance the light and dark within us?
Join Hari Kirn IN PERSON at Shuniya Yoga Collective or ONLINE from the comfort of your home for a special celebration of Spring Equinox through the lens of self care! Give positive attention to your meridians, doshas, and Spirit as we move into Spring.
Self care practices and tools will include:
*Sat Nam Rasayan methods for awakening our consciousness
*Mirror work to reunite with your inner self
*Liver exercises & meditations (liver meridian is associated w/ planning & action)
*Sip Yogi Tea together & learn of its benefits
Spring Equinox is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate coming through the winter season and to reflect on what nutritional support we want to give to our inner and outer gardens.
Open to all levels of students.
Sat Nam Rasayan is "the elixir of relaxing into one's true identity." This ancient practice brings forth more awakened consciousness, as well as a larger inner freedom. The application of this art, as a healing modality, awakens faculties which lie dormant, deep in every human being & facilitates very deep relaxation on a core level. Entering a state of Sat Nam Rasayan means experiencing total surrender, becoming nothing & operating from a place of shuniya. In the vastness of this consciousness, healing occurs.
Hari Kirn has been practicing and studying Kundalini Yoga since 1978, and has offered Sat Nam Rasayan healing for over 33 years both nationally & internationally.
Please bring any props you need to support your practice, as well as a pen and paper for notes/journaling
