Spring Equinox Celebration

EMBRACE the first day of spring, the first day of the sun in energetic Aries, the first day of the new astrological year!  It’s a time of renewed energy, motivation, setting new intentions and much needed revitalization.

☀ Gong Bath to massage our nerves and help clear unprocessed emotions 

☀ Kirtan Kriya Meditation for 31 minutes to re-set, re-align and re-balance our human self with our spiritual self 

☀ Writing exercise to set our intentions for the balance of 2022
