Join us for Shuniya's new Soulful Sundays! We will be collaborating with local musicians to share a blend of live music, sacred mantra, meditation and yoga on Sunday evenings starting with the 1st & 2nd Sundays of every month and growing from there!
Revive your spirit with the magical music of Mohammad Firozi of Atash, accompanied by Lance Harris and RP Watson, as Summer Greenlees, your gentle yoga guide, leads you in an embodied journey of meditation, natural breathing, and somatic movement, steeped in self care!
Connect with community and receive essential nourishment while experiencing the musical poetry of your inner being. Through this practice of deepening our self care to awaken within, may we better care for each other, our communities, and our planet.
