Soulful Sundays @ Shuniya - Awakened Heart!

Join us for Shuniya's new Soulful Sundays! We will be collaborating with local musicians to share a blend of live music, sacred mantra, meditation and yoga on Sunday evenings starting with the 2nd Sunday of every month and growing from there!

Every 2nd Sunday, Awakened Heart will be offering an evening of Sacred Song & Sound Meditation at its new home at Shuniya Yoga Collective! We will come together in a ceremonial setting to drop in deeply with ourselves and one another and to experience song and sound as a prayer.

The evening will open with a sharing circle, inviting each name and voice to be heard and any intentions, wishes, or prayers to be offered and held in the space.
