Join us for Shuniya Members' Integration Circle led by fellow Shuniya Member and therapist, Ansley Huffman and accompanied by Lindsay Haass.

This month's circle invites participants to slow down and turn inward, noticing what becomes visible when we listen with care. Through reflection and shared presence, we’ll explore where clarity already exists beneath the noise and practice trusting our inner guidance.

In our monthly Integration Circle, Ansley guides conversations about well-being, emotional health, progress of practice and life in general. This is a Shuniya perk that we offer to cultivate a space of additional support and community connection as each of us navigate integrating our yoga practice into daily life. This is a unique opportunity to build relationships within the studio and to strengthen your sense of self.
