Join us for Shuniya Members' Integration Circle led by fellow Shuniya Member and therapist, Ansley Huffman and accompanied by Lindsay Haass.
In our monthly Integration Circle, Ansley guides conversations about well-being, emotional health, progress of practice and life in general. This is a Shuniya perk that we offer to cultivate a space of additional support and community connection as each of us navigate integrating our yoga practice into daily life. This is a unique opportunity to build relationships within the studio and to strengthen your sense of self.
Our December Integration Circle cultivates a space to reflect on the cycles of transformation that have shaped us over the past year and to honor what is ready to be carried forward. Together, we’ll anchor into grounding practices and share in community as we gather the wisdom this season offers.
