Join us for Shuniya Members' Integration Circle led by fellow Shuniya Member and therapist, Ansley Huffman.
In our monthly Integration Circle, Ansley guides conversations about well-being, emotional health, progress of practice and life in general. This is a Shuniya perk that we offer to cultivate a space of additional support and community connection as each of us navigate integrating our yoga practice into daily life. This is a unique opportunity to build relationships within the studio and to strengthen your sense of self.
Our September Integration Circle will explore reflecting on the ways people, experiences, and relationships shape who we are, while also cultivating presence and grounding in our current path.
