August's Theme - Sacred Embodiment!
Join us for Shuniya Members' Integration Circle led by fellow Shuniya Member and therapist, Ansley Huffman.
In our monthly Integration Circles, Ansley will guide conversations about well-being, emotional health, progress of practice and life in general. This is a Shuniya Member perk that we are offering to cultivate a space of additional support and community connection as each of us navigate integrating our yoga practice into daily life. This is a unique opportunity to build relationships within the studio and to strengthen your sense of self.
Our August Integration Circle will explore the theme of divine/sacred embodiment, honoring the thread of the sacred woven through our physical form. Together, we’ll reflect on how recognizing this divine presence within the body shapes the way we relate to ourselves mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually, deepening both self-awareness and self-compassion.
