Join us for Shuniya Members' Integration Circle led by fellow Shuniya Member and therapist, Ansley Huffman.
In our monthly Integration Circles, Ansley will guide conversations about well-being, emotional health, progress of practice and life in general. This is a new Shuniya Member perk that we are offering to cultivate a space of additional support and community connection as each of us navigate integrating our yoga practice into daily life. This is a unique opportunity to build relationships within the studio and to strengthen your sense of self.
