About the Event
In this special workshop, Hari Kirn will blend Kundalini Yoga meditations with techniques from Sat Nam Rasayan for healing the Self and others. Learn simple practices for developing our sensory system and staying stable in our serenity to enable us to maintain our personal health and grow our consciousness.

Sat Nam Rasayan is "the elixir of relaxing into one's true identity." This ancient practice brings forth more awakened consciousness, as well as a larger inner freedom. The application of this art, as a healing modality, awakens faculties which lie dormant, deep in every human being & facilitates very deep relaxation on a core level. Entering a state of Sat Nam Rasayan means experiencing total surrender, becoming nothing & operating from a place of shuniya. In the vastness of this consciousness, healing occurs.
Hari Kirn has been practicing & studying Kundalini Yoga since 1978, as well as offering Sat Nam Rasayan healing for over 36 years both nationally & internationally.
