Sanctuary of Sound

Sacred Sound is vital to the adjustment of our environment so we can achieve an optimum state for the appreciation of Life and the realization of our intentions. The sounds of mantra, gongs, and crystal bowls are effective tools that serve as sonic templates for our vibrational frequency. In this session we will have the chance to dissolve tension and release thought and emotional patterns that hamper our happiness.

Please bring any props you need to support your practice (i.e. mat, water, blanket, bolster and/or pillow).
