Join Gurudhan for an evening of breath, posture & meditative techniques to relax the body & calm the mind - all from the comfort of your own home!
We are living through an unprecedented time with much uncertainty causing rising stress & anxiety. The pressure of this stress is creating imbalances in our psyche, mis-alignment of our chakras & distorting our sense of equilibrium.
These times call for an ANCHOR to stabilize ourselves & our psyche.
The Anchor is conscious breathing.
Whether applied through Yoga postures &/or Meditation, our conscious breath can change our metabolism to move healing, revitalizing energy through our meridian lines. In turn, this will calm the body & mind so we can be clear minded & have the clarity to manage our reality on the earth plane.
This workshop will use Kundalini exercises & meditations to give you an experience that conscious breathing is the Anchor for our stability in these unsettling times.
In the workshop we’ll do:
*One Kundalini exercise set to remove stagnant energy
*Two meditations to slow the breath & to re-balance the glandular system to calm the mind
*One deep relaxation, using the sound currents of the Gong to massage & soothe the nervous system
You will be provided 5 other Kundalini exercise sets & 5 other Mediations you can do at anytime that are useful for Stress Relief. The staff at Shuniya can answer questions about these sets & meditations, as necessary.
