Reiki Theta Neuro Session

During these times of uncertainty, it's important to ease our nervous systems with special care while elevating our minds and ways of thinking. 

This will be a 45 minute deep energy cleansing and balancing session to ease your nervous system (fight/flight/freeze) while activating more of your prefrontal brain (your Highest self and life).  Janet will take you on a deep, meditative, theta brainwave, journey state in which you will be releasing energy and thought patterns that no longer serve you while updating your belief systems and feeling states to more optimal ways of being.  This session will help clean up your own fear and collective fear as we align you deeper within to the love of your heart and our universe.
