Our journey of the senses will take you through a nourishing practice of energy cleansing movement, guided meditation and SOMA breathwork amplified by the sacred medicine of Palo Santo.  SOMA breathwork will allow you to experience coherence breathing - aimed at aligning your energy with prosperity and good fortune.
