Evolving from maiden to motherhood Kundalini Yoga & Meditation:
Join us in person (with proper distancing) or online from the comfort of your home for a beautiful uplifting yoga and meditation class with your little one where we will connect as new moms.
Being a new mom calls for us to move into our postpartum bodies in a new way. Calling for patience, embracing our evolution as women ... of who we were and who we have become. As our bodies literally come back together and our hormones shift, we are being asked to move, love, participate in family and life like never before.
