Join Danielle at Shuniya Yoga Collective for a powerful Self-Love mantra affirmation followed by an hour of frequency and vibration.

We'll begin with the 11 minute Kundalini Meditation, "I am the Light of the Soul," focused on loving not just the physical self, but the soul body, and then delve into an hour of frequency and vibration, with a 36 inch Planetary tuned Sun Gong, several large chakra tuned crystal bowls, an ocean drum, rainstick, chimes upon chimes and more, clearing stagnant energy in the body to be more in life's flow.

Please bring any props you need to support your practice (i.e. mat, water, blanket, bolster and/or pillow).

About your guide:

Having attended a sound bath on a whim, Danielle had such a profound experience, she started attending weekly. Fast forward to several months later, she noticed how feeling good, that often, positively impacted the landscape of her perceived reality. Everything just felt BETTER. Desiring to share what she had been given, she became a certified sound healer in 2017. Danielle feels incredibly lucky to have accidentally fallen on this path. Holding space and co-creating conscious community is truly her passion.
