The July Full Moon in Capricorn is also a lunar eclipse, serving as an excellent time to focus on future plans, as we process emotional energy, clear and make space for what comes next. When we change our individual patterns we help change the whole. 

Every moon cycle is an opportunity to create positive change. In celebration of the full moon we will gather and support the release of old energy that does not serve and bring in refreshed awareness. As a unified group we elevate one another and support the activation of our intentions.

You can participate in person outside with safe spacing or online. We will meditate as a group and explore what could become a daily practice. Deeply relax during the sound bath of gongs, crystal bowls and chimes, infused with reiki healing energy. Kirtan will channel light and high frequency energy to enhance the sound for deeper relaxation and release of lower negatives patterns. Set intentions and purpose for what is next and charge your crystals with the moon's cleansing powerful energy.

Please bring any props you need to support your practice, as well as a pen and paper for journaling.
