Full Moon Reset w/ Reiki-Infused Sound

Join Kirtan OUTSIDE or ONLINE at Shuniya Yoga Collective for an extended healing evening under the energy of the full moon, as we meditate, release old patterns and soothe the body, mind and spirit.  Special guest, Amber Soberón, will join as a 2nd Reiki Master to provide additional energy healing during the reiki infused sound bath!

The November Full Moon in Gemini is extremely powerful as it marks the beginning of the eclipse season. This brings a desire for a fresh start and sparks new ventures. You may find yourself drawn to spontaneity, change and open conversation. Join us for a reset!

Our full moon practice will focus on healing to move forward. Our evening includes:

*group meditation

*reiki infused sound healing with 2 healers sending light into the space

Full moons nourish, provide intuitive breakthroughs and are flowing with creativity. Meditative presence allows the overflowing gifts of this time to be embodied. Reset, renew and ground to the earth - whether you join us outside or online! Let the energy of the moon support your journey wherever you are as we gather for a deep group meditation followed by Reiki-infused sound healing relaxation, including the gong, crystal bowls and chimes.

Please bring any props you need to support your practice, as well as a pen and paper for journaling.
