Full Moon Meditation w/ Shadow Work & Sound Healing

Join Kirtan OUTSIDE or ONLINE at Shuniya Yoga Collective for an extended healing evening under the energy of the full moon, as we meditate, release old patterns and soothe the body, mind and spirit with a reiki infused sound bath.

This Taurus Blue Moon hits your money zone, making it a timely month to count your blessings and count your savings. The desire to experience something new, exciting and bold can figure strongly. The moon aligns very tightly with Uranus at the time of this lunation, adding an element of surprise to our feelings and revelations. There can be a strong urge to break free from old patterns in our relationships. In order to fully harness the energies of this full moon, we will be focusing on shadow work to unveil our own prosperity and abundance.

Full moons nourish, provide intuitive breakthroughs and are flowing with creativity. Meditative presence allows the overflowing gifts of this time to be embodied. Reset, renew and ground to the earth - whether you join us outside or online! Let the energy of the moon support your journey wherever you are as we gather for a deep group meditation followed by Reiki-infused sound healing relaxation, including the gong, crystal bowls and chimes.
