Full Moon Meditation w/ Reiki-Infused Sound Bath

Join Kirtan at Shuniya Yoga Collective for a healing evening under the energy of the full moon, as we chant, release and soothe the body, mind and spirit with a reiki infused sound bath.

For the October 1st Full Moon, we offer 3 opportunities to practice with us as a community:

🌕 6:00 - 7:00pm CST OUTSIDE under the trees (with proper distancing)

🌕 6:00 - 7:00pm CST ONLINE from the comfort of your home 

🌕 7:30 - 8:30pm CST INSIDE the studio (with proper distancing)

Sitting next to its ruler Mars and Chiron, this Full Moon in Aries takes it to the next level and is bound to magnify the messages of Mars retrograde. Red hot and bothered, we’ll need to balance the moment with intentional coolants to the system.

Our focus will be to soothe the heat with calming and cooling yin energy. We will culminate our celebration together with a starting anew ceremony.

Full moons nourish, provide intuitive breakthroughs and are flowing with creativity. Meditative presence allows the overflowing gifts of this time to be embodied. Reset, renew and ground to the earth - whether you join us outside, inside or online! Let the energy of the moon support your journey wherever you are as we gather for a deep group meditation followed by Reiki-infused sound healing relaxation, including the gong, crystal bowls and chimes.

Please bring any props you need to support your practice, as well as a pen and paper for journaling.
