Full Moon Illumination: Shamanic Drum Circle

Join us for the February Full Moon Illumination, in the astrological sign of Virgo, a time to embrace trust and drop expectations. 

The Full Moon is a time of completion, making way for what is next as we cast away unnecessary worries, fear and stuck energy. In this evening's ritual will use movement, meditation and a Shamanic Drum Circle to powerfully release and celebrate. In our sacred circle we will drum, dance and chant, creating an uplifting spirit to heal and let go. Please bring a drum or shaker, if you have one, or use your voice to create sacred mantra with community. We will close the circle with a crystal bowl sound relaxation.

This event will be led by Shuniya Teacher Laura Kirtan Marcotte. Last year she completed a year long Shamanic study to become a Full Mesa Carrier and is pleased to offer this contribution for balance and greater good.

Please bring a journal or paper and a pen and any props you need for your practice (yoga mat, blanket, bolster, water).
