Full Moon Illumination: Rebirthing Meditation

The full moon is a time to release and let go. Utilizing the energy present at this time to tune inward and discard what no longer serves, creates the perfect opportunity to release current patterns, habits and blocks both physical and emotional.

Join Laura "Kirtan" Marcotte for our February Full Moon experience, embracing the Leo energy as we open the heart and appreciate our gifts. Kirtan will incorporate sound as a tool to cleanse and clear and guide us in a rebirthing meditation to assist moving stuck energy. This breath meditation can refresh you mind, body and spirit. Meditation may give you a new perspective and enthusiasm that assists our new beginning or rebirth.

The Full Moon phase is the peak; where everything comes to fruition. From this vantage point we can see where we have been, let go of control in any area of life that isn’t in flow, let down resistance and begin anew with clarity and a refreshed spirit. Allow the energy of the Full Moon to support your journey wherever you are, as we gather together (either IN PERSON or ONLINE). Our collective impacts are powerful - as we set intentions for our individual goals, we also set our vision for the world.

How wonderful to have multiple opportunities to celebrate new beginnings again, again, and again. Always another chance to start anew!

Our February practice, led by Kirtan, will include:

*writing dreams and intentions

*movement, mantra and group meditation

*rebirthing meditation

*reiki infused gong/crystal bowls sound healing

Please bring any props you need to support your practice (i.e. mat, water, blanket and/or bolster). Paper will be provided for dreams and intentions.
