Full Moon Illumination: Healing Sound Circle

Join Siri Bahadur at Shuniya Yoga Collective or via live-stream from the comfort of your home for an evening to immerse in the energy of the Full Moon! In this season of Christmastide, the awakening and remembrance of the crystallized Light of Life encourages us to come together and share the Love of Life.

The Full Moon is the cusp of the cycles of creative energy at its fulfillment and the waning or releasing energy at its beginning. So it’s a time to be grateful and take stock of what you have created in December as well as the year 2023, and begin the process of releasing that which is no longer needed by you as you move into 2024.

We will use breath and sound to support your balance at this time of the lunar cycle so that you appreciate what you have created to that point, and clear whatever compromises your relationship to Life as your begin a new solar cycle. It’s a powerful time and one when you will find comfort in the presence and support of those who come together with you in this session.

Our evening will consist of breathwork, meditation, gentle movement and a healing sound circle complete with crystal bowls, gongs and chanting to assist in aligning our energies with that of the universe to elevate ourselves and the collective consciousness.

Please bring a journal or paper and a pen and any props you need for your practice (yoga mat, blanket, bolster, water).
