Full Moon Illumination: Healing Sound Circle

Join Siri Bahadur at Shuniya Yoga Collective or via live-stream from the comfort of your home for an evening to immerse in the energy of the Full Moon with a focus on liberation from what we resist!

Personal liberation builds a platform for social liberation, which encourages allowance of expression rather than resistance to what we fear. The presence of the Full Moon is a beautiful and powerful time to focus on healing/clearing your inner and outer realms.  Emotional memories and residue are more available for release during this cosmic cycle.  As we reduce resistance and alleviate distractions in our energetic space, we will provide clarity to our intentions.  

Our evening will consist of breathwork, meditation, gentle movement and a healing sound circle complete with crystal bowls, gongs and chanting to assist in aligning our energies with that of the universe to elevate ourselves and the collective consciousness.
