Full Moon Illumination + Candle Ceremony

The Full Moon is a time of wonder and appreciation for the beauty we observe and the fullness or completion it represents. Gathering in community to move, meditate and create intention is powerful magic.

This moon phase is the peak; where everything comes to fruition. From this vantage point we can see where we have been, let go of control in any area of life that isn’t in flow, let down resistance and begin anew with clarity and a refreshed spirit. Allow the energy of the Full Moon to support your journey wherever you are, as we gather for a deep group meditation followed by an extended Reiki-infused sound healing, including the gong, crystal bowls and chimes.

This Sagittarius full moon on May 26 is also a total lunar eclipse! Find grounded stability, self worth and abundance. This moon will shine it's light on illusions releasing beliefs that hold us back. This is a wonderful time for wish making! This month we are celebrating with a candle manifestation ritual. Focusing on what we want to attract in our life with health, abundance, peace, love and leisure.

Rituals are conscious and deliberate actions that renew our consistency and mindfulness within our life. Taking time to create a monthly check-in can be helpful with maintaining goals, plans and self-connection. Joining with others to celebrate creates joy and community. Take a monthly date with yourself.

Please bring any props you need to support your practice (i.e. mat, water, blanket and/or bolster). Paper will be provided for dreams and intentions.
