Full Moon Illumination

The Full Moon phase is the peak; where everything comes to fruition. From this vantage point we can see where we have been, let go of control in any area of life that isn’t in flow, let down resistance and begin anew with clarity and a refreshed spirit. Allow the energy of the Full Moon to support your journey wherever you are, as we gather for a deep group meditation followed by an extended Reiki-infused sound healing, including the gong, crystal bowls and chimes.

The June Full Moon is in the sign of Capricorn with a focus on structure, goals and career. Capricorn is an earth sign that is stable and goal-oriented. This month is a time to move out of your box (limitations) and focus on fresh ideas. Take action to pursue both personal and professional intentions. Our meditation will support these themes and journal prompts to help us maximize the energy around us.

The night of the full moon is the perfect time to gather with the community (either IN PERSON or ONLINE) - when we come together we are powerful. As we set intentions for our individual goals we also set our vision for the world.

Our June practice, led by Kirtan, will include:

*reiki infused sound healing relaxation

Rituals are conscious and deliberate actions that renew our consistency and mindfulness within our life. Taking time to create a monthly check-in can be helpful with maintaining goals, plans and self-connection. Joining with others to celebrate creates joy and community. Take a monthly date with yourself.

Please bring any props you need to support your practice (i.e. mat, water, blanket and/or bolster). Paper will be provided for dreams and intentions.
